Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a dual-mode transmitter, which includes a dual-mode transmitter body with an AV (audio/video) acquisition interface, wherein two transmission units are arranged in the dual-mode transmitter body, a first unit of the utility model is formed by an A/D converter, a MPEG-2/4 encoder, a COFDM modulator, an upper converter, a power amplifier, and a CDFDM output interface; a second unit is formed by an A/D converter, an H.264 compressor, a coding modulator, a radio frequency output module, a CDMA, a EDGE, and a WiMAX output interface; and the first unit and the second unit are respectively connected with a mode selection switch at front end of the dual-mode transmitter body, and the mode selection switch is connected with the AV acquisition interface.
