Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a rapid body temperature regulating instrument which is capable of rapidly regulating body temperature. An energy recovery cavity inlet is provided with an inlet air bag; an inflator pump is arranged beside the inlet air bag; and an inflating opening of the inflator pump is arranged in the inlet air bag. Besides, a vacuum pump and a refrigeration ball are arranged inside an energy recovery cavity; an air inlet of the vacuum pump is arranged in the energy recovery cavity; a semi-conductor refrigeration plate and a signal control plate are arranged inside the refrigeration ball; and a signal control wire of the semi-conductor refrigeration plate, a signal control wire of an air outlet of the inlet air bag, a signal control wire of the inflator pump and a signal control wire of the vacuum pump are led out by the signal control plate.
