The vertical column for purse net barrier comprises a protection cap disposed on the top of the vertical column, a vertical column body, a fixing hole disposed at the bottom of the cylindrical body, and fixing hooks disposed on the cylindrical body with unequal intervals therebetween. The column body comprises an outer protection layer covering the inner column, an inner core disposed at the center of the inner column, and reinforcement ribs ordered in the inner column. The vertical column for purse net barrier has features of low production cost, high strength, firm installation, low possibility of being stolen, and more reasonable structure.
