The ship heat exchanger is characterized in that a water outlet of the heat exchanger is connected with a water inlet pipe of the heating device; and a water inlet of the heat exchanger is connected with a water outlet pipe of the heating device. The ship heat exchanger effectively utilizes the heat generated when the engine works, and achieves the purpose of fully utilizing the part of energy simultaneously when cooling the engine, avoids the defect of ecological damage as sea water in a traditional outer circulation is heated greatly, and then discharged in ocean, and has the obvious advantages of reasonable structure, good working effect, energy saving, environmental protection and the like.
