The device is used for fixing the small vehicle during transport and storage, mainly comprises a base and is characterized in that the base is U-shaped, the rear end of the base is provided with a sector plate through a rotating shaft and the front end of the base is fastened with a n-shaped fork plate through a vertical chute. A front wheel of the vehicle can be clamped into the sector plate and located by the fork plate, thus causing the whole vehicle to remain in motionless state and be beneficial to transport or storage.
