Zusammenfassung: | A detection method for an ultrahigh vacuum accelerating tube process section and a detection device thereof relate to treatment and detection of the ultrahigh vacuum cermet welding accelerating tube process section for electron accelerators. In the utility model, all gaps of the process section to be detected are toughened with voltage and detected one by one: after the voltage of small high-voltage power supply is gradually raised till first striking or electric leakage appears at the gaps to be detected, high-voltage toughening begins till the voltage is raised to be 2.5 times of the rated operational voltage and the specified frequency limit values of electric leakage and fire striking are reached; the high-voltage toughening of gaps is finished with requisite quality; and the process section to be detected is judged to be qualified just when all gaps reach requisite quality.
