After resistors, capacitors, inductors, chips and diodes are electrically connected in sequence on a circuit board in a light bulb or a light tube, L and N poles at one end of the drive power supply are respectively connected with two contacts of the light bulb or two pins at any end of the light tube, and positive and negative poles at the other end of the drive power supply are respectively connected with positive and negative poles in the light emitting circuit board. The drive power supply is economic, practical, safe, reliable, energy-efficient and environment-friendly, and has ultra low power consumption.
