The device is characterized in that pressure signals of a hydraulic system detected by the pressure sensor during tensioning are sent to the central processor to be analyzed and processed, and the output end of the central processor is provided with a signal wire used for controlling the driving mechanism for the hydraulic combination valve. The intelligent control device effectively ensures the accuracy of prestressed tension and the reality of record, and solves the quality problems due to insufficient artificial prestressed tension and unreal record.
