The connecting warp yarns are only arranged between two adjacent layers of sublayer fabrics, and realize the connection of the adjacent sublayer fabrics by a way of being superposed with the warp yarns of the sublayer fabrics in a same longitudinal section of the fabric, wherein the sublayer fabric is structurally formed by the lowering and raising interweaving of special warp yarns of the sublayer fabric with weft yarns thereof; and the connecting warp yarns realize the connection of the adjacent sublayer fabrics by the lowering and raising interweaving with the weft yarns of the adjacent sublayer fabrics. The multi-layer woven fabric has higher tensile modulus and fiber volume density,
