Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a bar code voucher-based electronic meeting management system. The bar code voucher is a data service product of mobile communication, and the expression form of the bar code voucher is a two-dimension code graphic received and correctly displayed by a mobile phone. A service provider edits designated service information into a two-dimension code and sends the code to the mobile phone of a target client, the two-dimension code graphic is called out and is displayed on a screen of the mobile phone in use, and then the two-dimension code graphic is irradiated by a recognizing and reading device in a field so as to recognize and read the two-dimension code graphic and restore the two-dimension code graphic into the original information. The bar code voucher-based electronic meeting management system can conveniently achieve the integrated management of meeting processes which comprise the following parts: creating and checking a meeting, guiding information onparticipants, sending ele
