The adopted technical scheme is as follows: the polish rod centralizer consists of a three-way shell, a centralizing body, afixed baffle and a jack screw, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the three-way shell are provided with screw threads; a welding cylinder is arranged at one side of the three-way shell and isinternally provided with the centralizing body and the fixed baffle; the fixed baffle is internally provided with a screw hole; and the jack screw passes through the screw hole to adjust the positionof the centralizing body. The utility model has simple structure and convenient operation, effectively ensures the cleaning production, prolongs the period for replacing a packing and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
