Mellapak structured packing with a finished edge structure is mainly characterized in that disc-shaped packing is pieced up by packing sheets; a finished edge area is arranged in the contact area of every two adjacent discs of packing; the other areas of the packing sheets on each disc of packing all adopt roughened surfaces, and gas and liquid channels enabling the contact between gases and liquids for heat and mass transfer are formed in each packing main body; the widths of finished edges on the two sides of each packing sheet are equal or unequal and are no larger than one fourth of the width of an original packing sheet; flow marks of every two adjacent packing sheets are reversely arranged; numerous gas and liquid channels are formed in each disc of packing; and a fixing seal ring isadditionally arranged outside each disc of packing. The mellapak structured packing has the characteristics of reasonable design, simple structure and easy processing, and can effectively improve gasand liquid distribution,
