The device comprises two main parts, namely, a hopper and a vibrating conveying feeder; a warehouse wall vibrator (2) is mounted on one side of the long inclined panel of the receiving hopper (1); the vibrating conveying feeder is provided with a conveying screen (3) mounted at the bottom outlet of the receiving hopper (1) and a vibration excitation device (8) mounted below the conveying screen (3); a screen strip supporting beam (4) is arranged in the middle front at the bottom of the conveying screen (3); a screen strip part(5) is fixed on the screen strip supporting beam (4); a front bottom blind plate (6) and a rear bottom blind plate (7) are respectively mounted on the front bottom plate and the rear bottom plate of the conveying screen (3); a transmission motor (12) is connected with the long shaft of the vibration excitation device (8); vibration absorbing springs (9) support all bottom bases below the conveyingscreen (3) respectively;
