The technical scheme is as follows: a female sheet and a male sheet are combined together to form the flange; wherein, the male sheet comprises a circular base, on which a circular projection is arranged; meanwhile, the base is provided with mounting holes; the female sheet is a loop which is matched with the circular projection of the male sheet; the female sheet is provided with mounting holes which are matched with the mounting holes of the male sheet; a connecting piece connects the male sheet with the female sheet through the mounting holes; and the female sheet and the male sheet are made of nylon.
