The scoop-wheel seeding apparatus comprises a seeding shaft (1) and a seed guiding wheel (3), wherein the seeding shaft (1) is arranged in the shell (2) of the scoop-wheel seeding apparatus, the seed guiding wheel (3) is connected with the seeding shaft (1) and provided with a scoop wheel and the partition board (4) with an adjusting end, and an end cover of the shell (2) is provided with a partition board adjusting hole (7). The scoop-wheel seeding apparatus is applied to agricultural seeding.
