A lifting rack is fixedly arranged on the base; a lifting transmission component is arranged on the lifting rack; a support rack for carrying the probe frame is arranged on the lifting transmission component ; a horizontal moving transmission component is arranged on the support rack; a fixing component for fixing the probe frame is arranged on the horizontal moving transmission component; a lifting drive component for driving the support rack to move in the vertical direction is arranged on the lifting rack; and a horizontal moving drive component for driving the fixing component to move in the horizontal direction is arranged on the support rack. By utilizing the device, the operation of probe frame replacement can be simplified; and the probe frame can be replaced quickly, thereby improving working efficiency; and the probe frame is held horizontally when replaced, so as to reduce the damage to a probe.
