The roller cutter shaft is driven by a cut-off motor; the transmission structure further comprises a material guiding motor; and the material guiding motor is in transmission connection with the front material guiding shaft and the rear material guiding shaft simultaneously. By adopting the structure, one motor is directly connected with a roller cutter, and another motor simultaneously drives the front material guiding shaft and the rear material guiding shaft in a band pulley transmission manner, so as to not only ensure completely consistent line speed of the front material guiding shaft and the rear material guiding shaft, but also change the velocity ratio of the roller cutter, the front material guiding shaft and the rear material guiding shaft only throug
