Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an industrial waste heat type ultra-temperature heat pump unit, the device comprises a heating cycle device of a low-temperature heat pump for absorbing heat of industrial waste heat water, a heating cycle device of a high-temperature heat pump for releasing heat and heating circulating hot water and an evaporative condenser, the heating cycle device of the low-temperature heat pump is connected with the evaporative condenser so as to form a low-temperature heating cycle, and the heating cycle device of the high-temperature heat pump is connected with the evaporative condenser so as to form a high-temperature heating cycle. The heat pump unit provided by the utility model can generate ultra-temperature hot water which can not be achieved by a conventional heat pump, meanwhile, the heat transmission loss is reduced, the efficiency of heat exchange is improved, and the operation efficiency of the heat supply system is improved by adopting great temperature difference and small flow r
