An infusion bottle sleeve comprises a hanger, a suspension loop, a big diameter ring which is a round shape ring and positioned in the upper, connecting columns, an arcuate baffle, a spring seat, a spring and a small diameter ring which is an opening shape ring and positioned in the lower, wherein three connecting columns arranged between the large diameter ring and the small diameter ring connects the large diameter ring and the small diameter ring in one piece to jointly form a barrel-shaped structure, the spring seat arranged on the three connecting columns is internally provided with the spring whose outer end portion is provided with the arcuate baffle, the hanger positioned on the edge of the upper large diameter ring of the bottle sleeve is connected with the suspension loop for hanging the infusion bottle sleeve.
