The metal electrodes and the metallized ceramic tube form a hermetical switch discharging gap by the silver-copper alloy brazing filler metal. The electrical discharger is characterized in that the metallized ceramic tube externally shapes like a cuboid or a polyhedron cube. Two ends of the metallized ceramic tube are symmetrically provided with the metal electrodes. The chip-type switch electrical discharger has the advantages of being capable of realizing the switch ignition function of the conventional switch electrical discharger (wide switching frequency, long switch service life and wide working temperature of minus 40 DEG C to 125 DEG C), small volume and being beneficial to the application in chip installation and positioning for customers. |
