Rotary type fin guide head

Disclosed is a rotary vane guide head, which aims to overcome the defect that the existing guide heads of strings of well completion down-hole tools in horizontal wells can not rotate, the strings are difficult to enter the barefoot interval of the horizontal wells when being blocked. A cylinder of the rotary guide head (1) is equipped with spiral vanes (8), the front end of a guide shaft (2) is disposed in an inner hole of the rotary guide head (1), the rear end of the guide shaft (2) is equipped with connecting threads, the outer circle of the guide shaft (2) is in clearance fit with the inner hole of the rotary guide head (1), the surface of the outer circle of the guide shaft (2) is equipped with a ring-shaped groove (9), a steel ball (6) disposed in the ring-shaped groove (9) is mounted on the rotary guide head (1) corresponding to the ring-shaped groove on the guide shaft (2), and a gland (4) is in axially and radially clearance fit with the rotary guide head (1) and is fixedly connected with the guide
