Two electromagnets which are connected in series are fixed in telescopic links arranged at two sides of the wind scooper, and the electromagnets, a power supply and a timing disconnection relay form an electromagnetic electrifying and timing disconnection circuit. The device is arranged on an air conditioner to be used by matching with the air conditioner, thereby condensed water generated by the air conditioner can be used for the radiation and cooling of an air conditioner condenser so as to reduce the running load of the air conditioner, reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioner to a certain extent, so the recovery and utilization of the air conditioner condensed water are better realized.
