The two-way power units are three, each of the two-way power units comprises twelve reverse conducting tubes IGBT, which form six bridge arms, each of the bridge arms is connected with primary windings T1, T2 and T*3 of the transformers which are zigzag connected and are connected with sensors of the voltage and the current, the voltages on the alternating current sides of the two-way power units are overlapped by fifteen secondary windings, filter capacitors are connected between every two secondary windings, three-phase symmetric eighteen staircase wave alternating current line voltage is generated, and each direct current side of each two-way power unit works in parallel connection.
