A nozzle is arranged at one end of a liquid feeding pipe; a multi-hole steel pipe is arranged in a cavity; the axial end of the cavity is connected with one end of the liquid feeding pipe which is provided with a nozzle, and the other end of the cavity is connected with a liquid discharging pipe; the outer periphery of the cavity is connected with an oxygen inlet pipe; the liquid feeding pipe contacts with the nozzle which is arranged in a step through hole in an installing flange; and a gland nut externally arranged on the liquid feeding pipe is connected with the mounting flange.
