Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to sealed vertical hinged door and window, which comprise an inner sash and an outer frame, wherein the inner sash and the outer frame are respectively provided with a locking device at one side; the circumferences of the inner sash and the outer frame are respectively provided with a sealing strip; the other side of each of the inner sash and the outer frame is provided with at least one locking point; the locking point comprises a locking head arranged on the inner sash and a snap close arranged on the outer frame; and the locking head is matched with the snap close. The sealed vertical hinged door and window press an inner sash and an outer frame at the other side by means of the locking point, and seal the circumference at the same time through matching with the sealing strips respectively arranged on the inner sash and the outer frame so as to increase the watertightness grade and airtightness grade of the vertical hinged door and window; meanwhile, the locking point has the adv
