Zusammenfassung:	A device for producing rubber powder from waste tires relates to the tire breaking devices, in particular to a breaking device with a water jet breaking mechanism and a waste tire feeding mechanism, which comprises a breaking mechanism with a water jet scalpel injector and a tire processing box, wherein the breaking mechanism is provided on the tire processing box and is composed of a first cutter disc facing the tire tread, a second cutter disc facing the edge of the tire and a third cutter disc symmetrically provided with the second cutter disc and facing the another edge of the tire, the cutter discs are uniformly provided with water jet scalpels of vertical jetting, the water inlet of each cutter disc is communicated with the water of ultra high pressure. The utility model can effectively improve breaking efficiency, improve operation and control performance and safety, and prevent pollution in the production of rubber powder, having simple structure, low cost and wide application.
