Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to an indoor-outdoor air exchanger, in particular to a duplex voltage exhaust fan which consists of a shell, a motor and a fan flange; the motor has a double working voltage and is connected with a voltage selecting switch. The duplex voltage exhaust fan uses the voltage selecting switch to convert and connect a coil in the motor and can be applicable to a voltage of 220V and a voltage of 127V to solve the defects that the prior indoor-outdoor air exchanger can not be applied to the voltage of 127V or needs to be connected with a transformer. The air exchanger can be used conveniently just by pressing a conversion switch.
