The technical scheme is that by a one-to-two driving magnetic tank type pulse transformer, an IGBT circuit is driven by a driving circuit consisting of a group of P type field effect transistors, a group of N type field effect transistors and a pulse transformer; driving wires used in the IGBT circuit is equilong; the driving wires are two shunt wound twisted pairs, wherein, a capacitor is connected in front of the twisted pairs in parallel. A transient voltage suppressor (TVS) and a resistance are added between a control grid and an emitter of the insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT).
