Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a valve which has water-magnetizing function. The valve is characterized in that the outer side of a water-flow channel of the valve is provided with an annular ring, two or more than two magnet grooves are arranged in the annular ring and magnets are arranged in the magnet grooves. The magnetic field generated by the magnets in the magnet grooves is cut by the water flow when the water flow passes through the water-flow channel of the valve, namely forming a water-magnetizing process. The valve brings the organic combination of the valve of a water supply system and a magnetizer and enhances the water-quality magnetizing function of the valve in the water supply system. The valve has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, economy and practicality, and is capable of widely being applied to circulation water systems or domestic water systems, such as water-storage type electric heaters and hot water boilers and so on.
