Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a bandgap voltage reference generating circuit, comprising a current mirroring circuit with three current paths, and a feedback control circuit. Each current path of the current mirroring circuit is composed of two PMOS transistors whose drain-source terminals are connected. A fifth resistor is added, forming a T-shaped passive resistance network with the resistor at the drain-source terminal of the first current path and the resistor at the drain-source terminal of the second current path. Replacing the original independent resistor at the drain-source terminal with the T-shaped passive resistance network, the bandgap voltage reference generating circuit reduces the total resistance and the occupying area of the resistors on the chip. Adopting a cascade current mirroring circuit with a PMOS transistor at each branch, the bandgap voltage reference generating circuit remarkably increases the output impedance of the current source, reduces the influence to the channel length mudulati
