Zusammenfassung:	A portable cooling device includes a shell body which is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, a soft plastic air delivery cavity is connected on the air outlet of the shell body, the upper end of the air delivery cavity is provided with exhaust holes, a power supply, a micro-motor and a fan are arranged in the shell body, the micro-motor is electrically connected with a power supply by a power switch which is arranged at the outside of the shell body, and a fan which is positioned at the air outlet of the shell body is arranged on an output shaft of the micro-motor. The utility model can be detached freely, which can not affect the cleaning of clothes; the air delivery cavity rounds the waist for one circle, which is easy to carry, hide and can not affect appearance and comfort, a row of upward exhaust holes are further arranged on the air delivery cavity, and the air which is blown into clothes is more moderate and even.
