The internal stator is provided with 45 grooves. 50 magnetic tiles are correspondingly arranged on the external rotor and the magnetic tiles are evenly distributed on the circumference of the external rotor. Judging from the structure of the external rotor, the increase in the number of magnetic tiles enables the air clearance between the stator and the rotor of the electric motor to be evener, thereby improving the performance of the electric motor. Moreover, as the number of grooves of the stator of the electric motor is reduced and the quantity of lacquered wires used in the electric motor groove is smaller than the original product, the manufacturing cost for a single electric motor is decreased by about 5 percent, which is beneficial for the market competitiveness of products. |
