The first fixing ring is provided with a plurality of grooves while the slide ring is provided with a plurality of fixing holes. The surface of the circular element is provided with a combination part used for combining the flash light. The circular element is internally provided with more than one steel ball, so that the circular element can rotate through the steel ball and the fixing hole arranged inside the circular element to adjust and position the flash light.
