The three beams are fixed between the two vertical support pillars which form the frame of the entire columns together with the upper and the lower beams. The middle beam divides the columns into two parts, and the upper part is the billboard area where a separator made of transparent material is arranged in the frame formed by the two vertical stents, the upper and the middle beams. The lower part is the garbage can area where two garbage cans are arranged in a frame formed by the two vertical stents, the middle and the lower beams, and a vertical separator is arranged between the two garbage cans. The utility model integrates the advertising and garbage storage into a whole, functioning as a completely new advertising media and convenient environmental protection facilities.
