Turnable elevator buffer

The technical proposal is: the bracket and the pedestal is hinged and can be turned over to vertical position or horizontal position. The vertical height of the buffer at horizontal position is 200 to 400 mm, when the elevator can dock at the flat layer of the first layer in shallow pit condition when the elevator is in normal operation; the vertical height of the buffer in vertical position is 400 to 1,200 mm and is applied when the elevator is in maintenance to ensure sufficient safety space in the pit after the cabinet is pressed on the buffer.
