Computer-controlled standard-sized sheet electric high speed gold stamping machine

An electrically operated high speed full open type stamping press controlled by the computer, belongs to the bronzed printing technology. The stamping press comprises a rack, a work table, a nut guide screw, a guide pillar and guide sleeve fluctuation nose, a bronzed board, a heater, a horizontal and vertical electrification aluminum transfer walk foil case, a major motor, a leather belt speed-down case, a magnetic clutch and a brake, a gear reduction, a connecting lever driving mechanism and an electrical controller. The connecting lever driving mechanism includes a deflect wheel sleeved to the output shaft, a rocking bar covered by the deflect wheel, a lever connected with the rocking bar through a pivot, a fulcrum in the middle of the rocking bar and a tie-rod connected with the lever through the second pivot. The tie-rod is connected with the upper and the lower two connecting bars through the third pivot. The two connecting bars are respectively connected are mounted on the fluctuation nose through the upper and the lower third pivots. The stamping press is controlled by the computer. So the bronzed area is bigger and the moving speed and the working pressure are increased. The quality of the bronzed printing is guaranteed and the production efficiency is improved. The stamping press is widely used in a full open type high speed bronzed printing of 80 gram and above paper.
