Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides a switch power supply circuit, which at least comprises a power triode Q1 and a driving triode Q2, wherein the electrode of the power triode Q1 and the electrode of the driving triode Q2 are connected to the voltage input terminal; the base electrode is connected to the emission electrode of the driving triode Q2; the emission electrode is connected to the voltage output terminal; and a unilateral in-line element is arranged between the electrode of the power triode Q1 and the electrode of the driving triode Q2. When the driving triode Q2 comes in line, the single in-line element comes in line at the same time. Due to voltage dividing function of the single in-line element, the in-line pressure reduction of the power triode Q1 is reduced and the power loss is reduced, thereby extending the service life of the power supply circuit and increasing the stability of the power supply circuit. |
