The output conduit, of which the input end is raised to the inside of the capsule and has a certain height to the output end of the capsule, is connected with the output end of the capsule, so to protect the blood transfusion safety of the patient and prevent the cruor materials from entering the output conduit. The coagulum, if any, can be deposited to the capsules bottom.
