A rotating coil location fixture includes a coil location device for installing workpiece, a fixation part for supporting and constraining the location device and a swing-bar component for stirring the hollow rubber-plastic pipe of winding machine. The coil location device is rotated on the shaft and is lift by controlling handle bar, which forms an elevation angle with the fixation part and is locked. Then dismounting workpieces has no obstacle and is very convenient, when the coil location device rotates in or rotates out the surrounding composited by rubber-plastic pipe, no other external force is need to open the rubber-plastic pipe, the swing-bar component is to stir open the channel, then the coil location device with installed workpiece can rotates in or rotates out; when the coil location device is positioned on the upper plane of the fixation part and shows level location, the swing-bar component will reset and maintain stable status under the function of the rubber-plastic pipe rebound force, then the wire winding process can be done. The design has simple structure and establishes a new installation method for winding machine, the time of loading and dismounting workpiece is reduced from 750 seconds to less than 150 seconds, which gives full play the high productivity advantages of the original side coil winding machine.
