The bottom baffle of the automobile is basically an extension from a plane and improves strength and/or fixed at the automobile by a structured area. The bottom baffle of the automobile is provided with a structured hollow rib and an opening is arranged at the lower point of the hollow rib. At least one additive is added to obtain the expected material properties, thereby at least improving thermal stability.
