The sealing tank is in parallel connection with the water supply pipeline of the water-using system through its water inlet pipe and water outlet pipe. An inverted valve and a vacuum meter are provided above sealing tank, and a wash water valve is below the sealing tank. The water inlet nozzle of the sealing tank extends into the sealing tank, and its water outlet section is a rectangle. The section of water inlet pipe inserting into the sealing tank is inclined an alpha angle of 10 degree to 40 degree, and is in parallel with the inner wall of the sealing tank. The utility model speeds up the air and liquid separation with the centrifugal force and gravity generated by the whirling of gas and liquid compounds, making air or oxygen separated from water, thus having advantages of good desaeration effect, small cubage, and high desaeration speed.
