A physical therapy rehabilitation device for hand function mainly comprises a fixation sleeve, an inflatable air way, an electromotion air pump, and a finger air cell, wherein four finger air cells are arranged inside the fixation sleeve, an inflatable pipe is connected with the ends of the four finger air cells through a triple connector, the other end of the inflatable pipe is connected with an electromotion air pump with a circuit controlling system, the armrest of the fixation sleeve is provide with a button belt, the front part of the fixation sleeve is provided with four strips of cloth bags, five circle ring buttons are provided beside the four strips of cloth bag to fix the five fingers, four exterior air cells are arranged above the four finger air cells respectively and used for air inflation into the four strips of cloth bag. When the utility model is used, the hand of a patient is fixed inside the fixation sleeve, and repeated inflation/inhalation is carried out towards the finger air cells in the fixation sleeves through the electromotion air pump.
