The infrared transmitting tubes of the infrared beam transmitting circuit and the infrared receiving tubes of the infrared beam receiving circuit are placed below the iron induction switch in a same height. The distance between the height and the bottom of the tank when the tank stops dropping is 10to 20mm. The hall sensor is placed on the loading surface of the Dry Quenching truck, and the magnetic stone is placed on the bottom of the Dry Quenching tank. When the tank is loaded on the Dry Quenching truck, the sensor and the magnetic stone are of corresponding position. By using the iron induction switch, the infrared sensor and the hall sensor for collecting the signals of the status of the gate on the bottom of the Dry Quenching tank, the utility model is capable of providing accurate and reliable statistics in detecting the position of the bottom of the Dry Quenching tank. |
