An outer sleeve 1, an outer cone section 2, an inner sleeve 3, and an inner cone section 4 form a combustible gas channel, a thermoelectric couple 5 is set at the channel inlet, and a turning device 14 is installed in the inner sleeve 3. The thermoelectric couple 5 is inserted in the turning device 14, fixed with screws, and connected with a compensating lead wire through a contact pin. The turning device 14 is driven by an electric mechanism 6 on the outer sleeve 1 through a driving mechanism 7, and the driving mechanism 7 passes through a measuring cooling driving channel 8, and the driving mechanism 7 outer end is arranged with a position display device 9 and an angle sensor 10, and the inner end is arranged with a pressing limiting device 11. The outer sleeve 1, the outer cone section 2, the inner sleeve 3, the inner cone section 4 and the turning device 14 are all provided with a cooling water channel, and cooling air passes through the inner sleeve 3 and the inner cone section 4.
