Zusammenfassung: | A hydraulic support for coal mine working face gateway forepoling comprises a front inner movement unit with a level guidance block, a back inner movement unit with a level guidance block, a front outer movement unit with a vertical guidance block and a back outer movement unit with a vertical guidance block. Two movement units are connected by a push jack. The inner and outer support units are connected by a slide block. Under the effect of slide block, the inner and outer units could be in relative movement in vertical and horizontal direction, in order to realize falling and pushing movement. Because of the division of inner and outer movement units, in falling, the inner bracket is supported by the outer bracket; in movement, the inner bracket is guided by the outer bracket and vice versa. Therefore, the working face will not collapse because of the large area collapse of the top plate caused by support lost in bracket falling. The inner and outer movement units could be guidance for each other, with no need to add traction device in front of the front bracket, reducing the auxiliary equipments of the bracket and improving the adaptability. The forepoling bracket has the advantages of flexible movement units, less width of the base seat and could be used in the transportation laneway and return airway of coal mine working face. |
