Zusammenfassung: | A dry coal powder gasifying/quenching device comprises a gasifier, a slag collector tank communicated with the gasifier by a pipeline, at least one group of nozzles symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the gasifier, a quenching chamber communicated with the gas outlet of the gasifier by a pipeline, a scrubber communicated with the gas outlet of the quenching chamber by a pipeline, an ash-water tank communicated with the exit at the bottom of the quenching chamber by a pipeline, a water inlet arranged at the lateral wall of the quenching chamber and communicated with a medium-pressure water supply, and an ash-water treatment system connected with the exits of the ash-water tank and the scrubber by pipelines. The dry coal powder gasifying/quenching device is of the coal gas rising type, that is, the coal gas flows oppositely with respect to the liquid slag such that the coal gas flows upward and the liquid slag flows downward, therefore, the produced crude coal gas contains a high content of vapor and can be directly delivered to the transformation system without needing the vapor supplementation. The utility model has the advantages of low cost and high total efficiency and is an optimal choice for coal chemical industry. |
