The mixing shaft of each mixing bar extends out of both sides of the feed-spreading case respectively; a gear is arranged on each of the mixing shaft which is positioned at one side of the feed-spreading case, and a bearing is arranged on each of the mixing shaft which is positioned at another side of the feed-spreading case, and a chain wheel is arranged on the mixing shaft which is positioned in the middle. The chain wheel is arranged outside the bearing on the mixing shaft and is connected with the output shaft of the motor through the chain. The new block-forming machine can complete the whole feeding operation at one time with uniform feeding quality and high speed, which can considerably improve the work efficiency. Furthermore, the vibrating force is mainly focused on the shaking platform, which can considerably improve the compactness and intensity of the block.
