The pump and a water feeding pipeline are connected between the low-position water recycling tank and the high-position water storage tank. The high-position water storage tank is connected with a second-water using device. A first-water and second-water exchange device is arranged on the sewer of second-water. A sewer for overflew second-water is connected on the low-position water recycling tank to communicate the outdoor public second water recycling pool. The utility model collects, purifies and reuses second-water in daily life to realize water saving. Filtering net and deposition pool are arranged on both said indoor and outdoor recycling devices, so second-water can be filtered, cleaned and purified.
