Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a polished-rod sealer for the well mouth, in which the pipe (1) has on it a first sealing device (2) and a second sealing device (3), the upper-end part of the pipe is arranged with a packing sealing cavity and a gland, and the lower-end part of the pipe is arranged with a polished-rod offset device, characterized in that the pipe (1) contains on the upper and lower ends polished-rod centralizers (7, 8) which are made of ball collars; when the polished rod moves up and down, the polished-rod centralizer applies a radial force to support the polished rod, thereby ensuring that the polished rod will not offset or wobble in the radial direction, reducing the wear and tear on the sealing member, and improving the tightness and life of the sealing member.
