Zusammenfassung: | An internal-aid pressure hydraulic cylinder capable of self torque convention, wherein the main cylinder is composed of two concentric reducer inner chambers in parallel connection; the primary inner chamber has a big front chamber and a small rear chamber, and the intermediate barrier connects the front chamber piston and the rear chamber piston together through a tension rod, and a front pressure chamber and a rear pressure chamber is formed between the two pistons; the secondary inner chamber has a small front chamber and a big rear chamber, and is divided by a piston to form a front pressure chamber and a rear pressure chamber. The power push rods of pistons of the two chambers are connected in such a manner that the power push rods are movably linked with certain gap. The front pressure chamber of the primary inner chamber is reversely communicated with a peripheral adjustable energy-storage voltage limiter through a one-way throttle valve, and is positively communicated with the rear pressure chamber of the primary inner chamber and the front pressure chamber of the secondary inner chamber through the one-way valve, and is then combined with the oil isolation of the rear pressure chamber of the secondary inner chamber to form the internal-aid variable torque pressure cylinder. The utility model can essentially be used as the main cylinder for the hydraulic brake system of automobiles to improve the braking sensitivity and capacity. |
